Most standard bookings can be arranged with no separate planning fee, often matching or improving the value available through direct booking. For custom itineraries, extensive research, or support beyond a standard booking, any planning fee will be discussed clearly before work begins and may be applied toward the final booking when applicable.
Already Booked?
If you booked a cruise, resort, tour, or vacation package directly with a supplier and have not yet paid in full, RoxSea can review eligible reservations at no charge. When a transfer is available, we may be able to match or improve the value, identify added perks, and provide more personal support before you travel.
Transfer eligibility depends on the supplier, timing, deposit status, and booking details, but we are happy to take a closer look.
